You can insert blocks into your drawing using BIINDEX menu (you will find it in your AutoCAD menu after installing APLUS). To do that simply click on "BIINDEX" and select category. Now you only have to choose block to insert and click "OK".
APLUS will ask for insertion point and direction of inserted block
