	RECL command draws a rectangle (or quadrilateral) between two selected lines or polyline segments. It allows you to close custom shaped holes easily.

	You can turn on or off layers simply by clicking on them. You can also do this with layers which names contain specified suffixes, prefixes or phrases. There are also such useful commands that turn on all layers or turn off all layers except selected one.

	You can lock or unlock layers by clicking on them or by typing their sufixes, prefixes or phrases used in names.
