batch rotate of blocks - command description

• 
  broc (commandline entry)
• 
  APLUS>BLOCKS>broc (menu)

To rotate multiple blocks at one time:
1. Specify rotation angle
2. Select all blocks you want to be rotated



Blocks will be rotated around their insertion points.
