multiple rotate by specified angle - command description

  APLUS>MODIFY>roo (menu)

To rotate objects multiple times:
1. Select objects
2. Specify rotation base point
3. Specify rotation angle
4. Specify whether rotation should be repeated
5. To finish rotating type N or hit ESC key
