To measure angle:
1. Specify base point
2. Specify first direction
3. Specify second direction



Command displays following informations:
1. Inner angle (6-digit after separator precision)
2. Outer angle (6-digit after separator precision)
3. Inclination (in %)
4. Angle in radians
