Commands you will learn in this exercise
- LLL - lock selected layers
- LLO - turning off selected layers
- NLL - create new layers
- AUM - change APLUS units to metres
- LL - specify current layer.
- MCLL - move to current laye
- SELL - select by layer.
- BRO - rotate block
- BIINDEX - visual list of available blocks
- RECAL - draw aligned rectangle
Starting situation
STEP 1
Lock 'walls_division', 'walls_load-bearing' and 'guides' layers with LLL command
STEP 2
Turn off 'axes' layer with LLO command
STEP 3
Create new layer with NLL command and name it 'furnitures'
STEP 4
To make sure that you are working in meters, use AUM command
STEP 5
With QB command, create 3 blocks: chair, bookcase and desk
STEP 6
Set 'furnitures' as a current layer with LL command (just type part of the name)
STEP 7
Move blocks to current layer with MCLL command
STEP 8
Select objects on layer '0' inside buildings with SELL command and move them to 'furnitures' layer with MCLL command
STEP 9
Copy newly created blocks with _COPY command (look at guides)
STEP 10
Rotate blocks with BRO command (it rotates them around insert point)
STEP 11
Insert other needed blocks such as sinks, computers and armchairs from BIINDEX menu (look for yourself for appropriate objects)
STEP 12
Use RECAL to draw aligned rectangles for other furnitures
