add suffix to layers name - command description

  llrs (commandline entry)
• 
  APLUS>LAYERS TOOLS>llrs (menu)

To add suffix to layers name:
1. Select object on the layer
2. Type suffix

APLUS adds underscore ( _ ) between old name and suffix.
