	ROR - command description
	rotate by reference angle

		commandline entry:   ROR
		menu:   APLUS > MODIFY > ROR

	To rotate objects by reference angle: 1. Select objects you want to rotate 2. Specify base point localization 3. Specify base direction 4. Specify destination direction (angle difference will become rotation angle)
