	create room with automatic room's area

		commandline entry:   RMUA
		menu:   APLUS > AREAS > RMUA

	To change measuring method of room's area to automatic: 1. Select closed polyline 2. Select room's block Whenever you change shape of the polyline, area will be updated automatically.
