LLRP - command description
add prefix to layers name
keycommandline entry:   LLRP
menu:   APLUS > LAYERS TOOLS > LLRP
To add prefix to layers name:
1. Select object on the layer
2. Type prefix

APLUS adds underscore ( _ ) between old name and prefix.
