INTRODUCTION TO DOORS IN APLUS
Inserting doors is one of those things that you need to do in almost every project. Imagine that you can put 10 doors in the same time it takes you to draw one - you can easly achieve that with APLUS.
STEP 1
You can set default layers both for DOORS and for WALLS. These settings will be used whenever you insert door with APLUS. APLUS will insert doors at current layer if you miss this step.
STEP 2
Inserting door is very simple. Only thing you have to do is to set width and specify two points on the wall, APLUS will do the rest.
- D1 - insert doors in walls
- D2 - insert type 2 doors in walls
- D3 - insert type 3 doors in walls
- D4 - insert type 4 doors in walls
- D5 - insert type 5 doors in walls
- D6 - insert type 6 doors in walls
STEP 3
So you have inserted doors into your drawing, but you realize that some of them are inserted in wrong direction. You do not have to repeat inserting. Instead just use DFL command to flip selected door.
WHAT TO DO IF INSERTING DOOR BREAKS AXIS LINE?
Sometimes you need to insert door on wall, that contains elements which you wish to save from breaking. You can either lock them with LLL command or turn off with LLO command.
