TERRAIN - command description
create 3D terrain from polyline
keycommandline entry:   TERRAIN
menu:   APLUS > DRAW > TERRAIN
To create terrain in 3D from polylines:
1. Select height difference between contour lines
2. Specify height of lowest-laying contour line
3. Select lowest-laying polyline
4. Select subsequent polylines
