  terrain (commandline entry)
• 
  APLUS>DRAW (DIBUJO)>terrain (menu)

To create terrain in 3D from polylines:
1. Select height difference between contour lines
2. Specify height of lowest-laying contour line
3. Select lowest-laying polyline
4. Select subsequent polylines
